Policies for the Three Bears Lodge Cabin Rentals

Refund Policy:
In the event that you have to cancel a reservation we will refund 70% of any deposit paid if, and only if, the unit is re-booked for the same dates and length of stay. All refunds are issued in the form of a check at the end of the month that the reservation was made for. (If your reservation was for 12/15 to 12/20, then you can expect your refund check around 12/31)

For all reservations excluding Christmas and Spring Break, a credit card is required to hold your reservation. However, it will not be run until you check in. The exceptions being:
- You cancel with less than 14 days notice before your check in date
- You fail to cancel and do not show up
- No refunds for early check-outs.
- Christmas reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation with half of your total charges due by July 1st (or at the time of booking if reservation made after July 1st). They must be paid in full by November 1st.
- Spring Break reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation with half of your total charges due by October1st (or at the time of booking if reservation made after October1st). They must be paid in full by February 1st.
- No Pets allowed in the units.
- No Smoking is permitted in the units.
