- For all reservations excluding Christmas and Spring Break, a credit card is required to hold your reservation. However, it will not be run until you check in. The exceptions being:
- You cancel with less than 7 days notice before your check in date
- You fail to cancel and do not show up
- No refunds for early check-outs.

Christmas reservations require a 1 night deposit at the time you book, with half of your total charges due by July 1st. They must be paid in
full by November 1st.

Spring Break reservations require a 1 night deposit at the time you book with the remainder due
in full by February 14th.

No Pets allowed in the units.

No Smoking is permitted in the units.
Refund Policy:
In the event that you have to
cancel a reservation we will refund 80%
of any deposit paid if, and only if, the
unit is re-booked for the same dates and
length of stay.
